4.How long does it last?
The duration of GEAROPT Mini Tank depends on the person's breathing rate and depth. The 1-liter tank is filled to 200 bars, which equals 200 liters of breathable air at the surface (1 atmosphere of pressure). Here’s an approximate breakdown based on the average breathing rate of 12-20 breaths per minute:
- At the surface (1 atmosphere of pressure):
- A human breathes about 0.5 liters per breath.
- At 2 meters depth (1.2 atmospheres of pressure):
- A diver breathes about 0.6 liters per breath (0.5 liters × 1.2).
