Controlled Refill Connection

The GEAROPT Pressure Gauge Refill Adapter is designed to support compatible Mini Tank refilling from an approved high-pressure air source.
It combines a compact adapter body, integrated pressure gauge and high-pressure hose to help users connect refill equipment and monitor pressure during the filling process.
The built-in gauge provides a clear pressure reference during refill preparation, while the flexible hose makes the connection setup easier to manage.
Use it only with compatible GEAROPT Mini Tank systems, approved refill equipment and proper high-pressure filling procedures.

How it works

Step 1

Check the Scuba Tank Valve Type

Before connecting the refill adapter, confirm whether your scuba tank uses a Yoke valve.
If your tank already has a Yoke valve, you can proceed with the refill setup directly.
If your tank uses a DIN valve, an additional DIN-to-Yoke adapter is required before connection.

Step 2

Connect the Adapter to the Air Source

Attach the Pressure Gauge Refill Adapter securely to the compatible scuba tank valve or approved high-pressure air source.
Make sure the connector is properly seated and tightened before opening any valve.

Step 3

Connect the Mini Tank

Connect the high-pressure hose to the compatible GEAROPT Mini Tank refill port.
Check the hose, fittings, seals and pressure gauge before filling. Do not continue if any part appears loose, damaged or leaking.

Step 4

Fill Slowly and Monitor Pressure

Open the valve slowly and begin filling.
Monitor the integrated pressure gauge throughout the filling process. Stop filling when the pressure reaches 200 BAR / 3000 PSI or the rated working pressure of your Mini Tank.

Step 5

Close the Valve and Release Pressure

After filling, close the air source valve first.
Then release the remaining pressure from the hose according to the product manual before disconnecting the adapter.

Step 6

Disconnect Safely

Disconnect the adapter and high-pressure hose only after pressure has been safely released.
Check the Mini Tank, adapter, hose and seals after filling, then store the adapter in a clean, dry place.
